Welcome to AdaPay. These Terms of Service govern your use of the AdaPay mobile application and services. By using the AdaPay app, you agree to these Terms.

- Send money to other AdaPay users

- Receive money from other users

- Recharge mobile phone balances

- View transaction history within the application

AdaPay operates as a digital wallet platform that facilitates peer-to-peer balance transfers.

To use AdaPay, users must create an account using their phone number.

AdaPay is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access to a user’s device or account.
