Welcome to Online Bazaar. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Online Bazaar mobile application, website.

By accessing or using Online Bazaar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About Online Bazaar

Online Bazaar is an online marketplace that allows users to:

  • Browse products

  • Search for products

  • Explore product categories

  • Publish and advertise products

  • Contact or communicate with sellers where such features are available

  • Discover products offered by other users

Online Bazaar primarily provides a platform for users to discover and publish product listings.

Online Bazaar is not necessarily the seller, buyer, manufacturer, distributor, or owner of products listed by users.

2. User Eligibility

You may use Online Bazaar only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the applicable legal age in your country, you should use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

3. Product Listings

Users may publish product listings on Online Bazaar.

A listing may contain:

  • Photos

  • Other product-related information

Users are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, complete, and lawful.

You must not knowingly publish misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.

4. Prohibited Products and Activities

Users may not use Online Bazaar to advertise, sell, distribute, or promote products or services that are illegal or prohibited by applicable law.

Prohibited content may include, but is not limited to:

  • Explosives

Online Bazaar does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users.

6. Buying and Selling

Transactions between buyers and sellers are primarily agreements between those users.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise by Online Bazaar, we do not guarantee:

  • Product quality

  • Product authenticity

  • Product availability

  • Seller reliability

  • Buyer reliability

  • Delivery

  • Payment

  • Refunds

  • Warranty

  • Successful completion of a transaction

Users should independently verify products and sellers before completing a transaction.

7. Payments

Unless Online Bazaar explicitly provides an integrated payment service, Online Bazaar does not process or guarantee payments between buyers and sellers.

Users should exercise caution when making payments and should avoid sending money to unknown or suspicious individuals.

If Online Bazaar introduces payment services in the future, additional payment terms may apply.

8. Communication Between Users

Where Online Bazaar provides communication features, users are responsible for their communications with other users.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Online Bazaar’s proprietary materials without permission.

Product images and content uploaded by users may belong to those users or other rights holders.

11. Prohibited Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Hack, attack, or disrupt the Service

  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect marketplace data without permission

  • Upload malware or malicious code

  • Create fraudulent listings

  • Manipulate marketplace features

  • Abuse reporting systems

  • Circumvent security measures

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes

  • Interfere with another user’s use of the Service

12. Scams and Fraud

Online Bazaar takes reasonable measures to reduce fraud and abuse, but we cannot guarantee that every listing or user is legitimate.

Users should remain cautious when:

  • A price appears unusually low

  • A seller requests unusual payment methods

  • Someone asks for passwords or verification codes

  • Someone asks you to send money before seeing a product

  • A user provides suspicious documents or information

If you suspect fraud, report the listing or user to Online Bazaar.

13. Content Moderation

We may review, restrict, remove, or disable content that we reasonably believe:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Violates applicable law

  • Is fraudulent

  • Is harmful or abusive

  • Infringes another person’s rights

  • Creates a security or safety risk

  • Damages the integrity of the marketplace

We may also suspend or terminate access to users who repeatedly violate these Terms.

14. Reporting Violations

If you believe a product listing, user, or other content violates these Terms, you may report it through available reporting features or contact us.

When reporting content, provide enough information for us to investigate the issue.

15. Account and Access Restrictions

If Online Bazaar introduces account functionality, we may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user:

  • Violated these Terms

  • Engaged in fraud or abuse

  • Posted prohibited content

  • Threatened the security of the Service

  • Violated applicable law

We may also restrict access to certain features where necessary to protect users or the Service.

16. Availability of the Service

You use the Service and interact with other users at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Online Bazaar is not responsible for losses arising from transactions or interactions between users.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Online Bazaar and its owners, operators, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the Service or transactions between users.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Online Bazaar and its owners, operators, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your unlawful use of the Service

  • Your product listings

  • Your interactions or transactions with other users

  • Your violation of another person’s rights

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of Online Bazaar after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

22. Termination

You may stop using Online Bazaar at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary, including for violations of these Terms, security concerns, fraud, abuse, or legal requirements.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
